When I can’t look forward to lessons or classes, not even a little bit, it’s definitely time for a break. I canceled a private lesson last night and skipped a class. I’m planning to skip tonight’s class too. It’s too bad, the class is West Coast Swing, which I’ve been wanting to take, but I just can’t do it. I’m too stressed out and dancing won’t help right now.
I’m going to go home tonight (walking because my car is in the shop). I’m going to make dinner, maybe pull out a book, do some stretching, and try not to feel guilty about not going to class.
I hope my break doesn’t have to last too long, but I guess it’s for the best.
